1678AY, 12 September Rydsa, Athentha 12:00P.M, Friday
It had been a grueling three days. Manah had been tortured inside and out by the half breed. Needles had been thrusted into her skin, liquids of unknown methods and unknown names plunged into her skin. Rin had plunged weapons, many different kinds into her flesh, as the wounds upon Manah's skin were open and covered in blood.
Three grueling days of being chained to the wall as Rin had left her. Left her to become a new being. Three grueling days of being whipped and drugged. Manah had fought off the infection of the ore that slowly crept upon her in these three days. Fighting off not becoming something devious, nothing like Rin. Yet, in the back of her mind, she feared it would come.
That Manah couldn't fight forever.
Her eyes opened then as the knight sat against the wall. Manah had not eaten in three days wondering where the princess had gotten to. Usually around this time, the half breed brought her lunch corrated in ore and whatever else she used to make people become demons.
Manah looked down at the crumbs below her. Last night's meal. She sighed.
How much longer could she fight the one known as the Dark Winged Beast.

It seemed that the knight was stronger than she looked. For it passed three days and Manah was still alive. Though not in the greatest strength or condition, she continued the meager existence she fought to keep. The ore continued to ravage her system yet the knight didn't give into it. She fought hard to keep herself from becoming one of those things.
Footsteps caught her attention now as they came closer. Her eyes looking towards the door since she couldn't do anything else. Manah was still chained to the wall. Thick heavy chains made of steel and ancient Athenthian magi. The door creaked opened as the half breed stood there with a tray. Her crimson black orb of an eye showing the anger of Manah not becoming a twisted monster.
Rin threw the tray down, it's contents spilling everywhere. She marched up to Manah and picked her up by the collar of her shirt, though it wasn't far. Rin growled low as she glared at Manah.
"Why do you prolong your end? What are you proving by remaining this pathetic shell?" Rin asked as she stared at the knight. "You're going to die anyways."
"Because this is wrong. And you know it. I will fight to my last breath. Even if I die, I will die as me!"

1674AY, 15 September
Days now it had been. You could hear the heartbeat softly beat as the knight still hadn't given up her resolve. Rin had denied her food as she didn't like the reason that she gave. Didn't like that Manah wouldn't give in and she hated fighting for her food.
Chained still to the wall, Manah didn't even look like herself anymore. Her hair was a mess, her clothes ratty. Her bones showing as the skin stretched over them. Her eyes half open as she fought to remain her. The ore coursing through her veins and how it stung.
Yet with her determation she continued to deter the ore. Kept it from eating her alive. How she wanted to remain herself, fight for justice. But Manah knew she would in time be lost to the beast known as Rin.
And she knew that then the ore and the princess would claim another.
The door creaked open as Rin appeared once more. She was starving as she hadn't eaten since the last capture. Her head eyeing the bad looking knight. She knew it was time, that Manah could not fight her any longer. Kneeling beside the girl, she lifted Manah's chin as their eyes met.
"You look like death." Rin said. "How long can your mortal coil last much longer? Let me in and I can make you stronger, powerful, adored. Everything you desire and hide."
"N...No. Please.. Let..Let me go."
Rin shook her head. Annoyed but she knew that Manah was a tough meal. And that meant turning her would be even sweeter. She needed a new right hand since the witch Kyouji left her. Killed by some odd spell that backfired.
"You still resist. Why? You're just prolonging your death. Such a sad little nothing."
Manah looked down as Rin let go of her chin. She was tired of waiting. She leaned in and bit into Manah's neck.
Manah gasped in horror.

"...!"
Vanilla looked at Garnet then as he paused and held his head. He didn't look like this was a good pain going through yet she didn't ask yet. She stood there staring at the first seed as he tried to regain his composure yet at the same time he was feigning. Why let Vanilla see what his true emotion was?
Vanilla tilted her head as Garnet looked at her. He could feel that something was wrong. In the midst of it all, he started this down that path and he knew it. Knew that this was part his fault in the end to help the girl reach what she desired. All because of his ties with her.
"The seeds are beginning to become more." Garnet said after minutes of silence. "The organization will be a breath of fresh air. Poisoning the land to achieve our goal. I want to see the beast in fruitation. I want to bring forth the old Athentha once more."
"Well, you've been saying that for months now. And so far, we haven't done a thing. We have just been running here and there trying to remember how to make artifacts again. Well, that and seeds."
Garnet said nothing as they walked to the city of Val Roux, the last location of the fourth seed. He wanted to make a deal with the girl. One he knew she would not refuse.
----
Rin grasped Manah as she drank from the knight. Her black magi and blood entering the girl's form. It covered her heart, lungs connective nerves and tissues. Covered her brain, organs and everything else. Manah's eyes widened in horror before they went dull. The light leaving those once bright eyes that fought for justice.
In the half breed's hands laid a seed. One of the shape of a clock and an apple. She smirked as she unlatched herself from the Knight's neck and shoved the seed into her torso. Manah gasped as it dug itself into her body and like a worm, dug into her heart.
Rin stood and left the room. The next part of the transformation would be unbearable and extremely painful. She would leave Manah to her torture.
Manah closed her eyes and gritted in pain. The seed within her form burst opened as she screamed in pain. Her heart slowed to a slow beating as horns began to grow under now black blue curls. Her eyes became slitted with irises of heterchroma Orange and yellow. Her clawed hands grasped the ground.
Her teeth became fanged as her ears became pointed. Her body swelled outward, her uniform ripping at the seams. She continued to howl in pain as wings ripped out of her back, the black blood spilling against the ground. A tail grew at her butt.
Manah looked down at her new volutpous form. She felt the seed embedding into her heart, it making new memories of what she was. Rin had given her rebirth. In truth, she was a gluttonous greed demoness. Power was what she wanted.
Manah had lost.

Three days later...
Garnet shook his head as he stopped. He felt such a change in the magi that he knew something was off. They had been walking for days without a word. And Vanilla wondered if the first seed knew what he was doing.
She didn't doubt him before but for the first time in her existence, she did. Garnet proclaimed that the organization was his, and she knew the storm that would come. Magnus and Djinn wouldn't just hand it over. Nor would the other children.
Garnet didn't mind the fight that would come. He had battle prowess due to fighting the beast herself. As he looked at Vanilla with those eerie golden yellow eyes he knew she didn't trust him. Not as much as before.
It mattered not.
"You sure about this Garnet? The ire of the children is harsh I hear. That they will torture you until you scream. We should go back."
Garnet said nothing as he listened to her whine once more. It was here he eyed the robed figures on the horizon. Magnus and Djinn had arrived. And it made him smile.
It was time to show the children the organization would belong to him.

Vanilla grasped Garnet's sleeve as she saw the robed figures. They knew the first seed's intentions. How they wanted the organization to remain in their grasp. Garnet didn't see it that way.
He made the organization better, returned it to its roots. The children just sat there and let it rot. Now they wanted to stop him from doing what he wanted.
However. There was one thing he forgot about in all this. Vanilla. In trying to keep her close and help her find a place in all this, he had forgotten about the second seed and what the children would do to her.
The second seed was a powerful ally. Her apothecary skills were second to none. And her unorthodox ways of getting something done helped more than it harmed.
"Whatever happens Vanilla, remember..." Garnet said as he paused. He was uncertain of her fate. "I won't let them kill you."
Magus and Djinn made their way towards the two then. They said nothing between each other eyeing their enemy. The seeds they made to further their goals.
The seeds that now betrayed them.
Their footsteps marched closer, the ground crunched under those feet. Garnet pulling out the spell book as he readied for them to come.
However there was something else that Garnet didn't prepare for. Vanilla readied her bow, she would not just let the children take her life.
Garnet wouldn't either.

The rain fell so heavily then as the sky cracked with lightning. The storm was crashing over their heads. Djinn ran at Vanilla, her fist wide open and ready to hit her jaw.
The children saw her as Garnet's weak link. And if they could destroy her, then he would be less of a threat. However, Djinn went flying back as a crystal shard went flying into her shoulder. She looked up to see the half breed standing there.
Magnus muttered. She didn't think the mongrel would help the seeds that made her apart of them. However she stood there, jumping down and walked towards Garnet.
He was pleased to see her for once. This wasn't going to be an easy fight. Rin ran at Djinn then. Her fist entering into her lower jaw making her slide back. However she fired more of the purple crystal shards at the child.
Rin's rage was raw. Unhinged at meeting the children that started this all. Her anger unleashed she continued her assault. The child falling back unable to fight back either.
Garnet watched before he walked over to Vanilla. He looked her over to see if she was okay. Then he instructed her to go. He couldn't lose her. Vanilla reluctantly agreed and disappeared. Magnus growled.
She wanted to destroy the apothecary and now she was gone.
"Rin, calm down. We need a plan to--"
She didn't listen, her hate and anger fueling her attack on Djinn. And every time the child tried to get an attack in, the crystal shards would hit her.
Garnet grabbed Rin's arm then. As she looked at him, his eerie yellow eyes saw the fire that kept her going. Vengeance for everything that was done.
Thunder ran in the sky as the lightning danced. Rin would tear them apart. She would bring them to their knees. In the wake of revenge. She was a weapon and nothing would stop her.

Boom... Crack.
Thunder crashed in the sky as lightning danced upon it. The rain fell heavily as Rin stood there glaring at the seed who started this spiral. Yet, she knew that the ones that created the children and seeds were long dead.
And the remainment of that cult scattered among the lands. Garnet said nothing as he stared at her with those eerie golden yellow eyes that peered behind those glasses.
Magnus looked upon her fallen companion, murdered by the beast herself. It was a grand battle to say the least and the child noticed how stronger the girl had become.
Miach did a wonderful job in cursing the girl.
Rin wretched her arm free as she then set her sights on Magnus. They say when it rained in Athentha Heaven was crying for the sins still not paid for.
The half breed then ran at the child, her oar outstretched and rammed into the head of Magnus. The child fell to the ground as the sickening smack could be heard.
She then began to tear the child apart until she laid there like Djinn. But she continued to attack the body with such fury and malice.
Garnet once again walked up to Rin and pulled her off the dead child who didn't even put up a fight. Once again they glared at each other in the storm that approached.
Yes, she was a different creature now. And it worried the first seed.
